On August 1, twelve new trainees started their training at Insta - that's a record! In previous years, the number of trainees per year was always lower. The trainees start their time at Insta with joint introductory days so that they can get to know the company and each other. In addition, the trainees receive various training courses to make their day-to-day work easier.

Six apprentices are starting in the field of electronics technicians for devices & systems, one apprentice is beginning his training as a mechatronics technician and two apprentices will become warehouse logistics specialists in the future. Three apprentices have chosen the profession of industrial clerk EU.
